We rented 3 houses. the houses are nice but need alot of TLC. If you have children i do not recommend this place for you. There are permanent residents staying there as well. they drive very fast through the complex and get cranky if the kids are down stairs playing. We also had trouble with the owner of the complex. There was a large car park area that we put our 2 boats and caravan and 5 cars. they were out of everyones way. To be told 5 days into our stay that everything had to be moved as it wasn't a Carpark. This was a big inconvenience as there were not many parks to put our vehicles. we were leaving in 2 days anyway. Cooloola coast reality were awesome. And were very apologetic when we had to move all vehicles. If I were to go to Rainbow beach again i would definitely recommend cooloola coast reality.

Super Close to the beach would have been amazing when new now its in need of a little attention that said we had a great time and wished we owned it

This is a great place for a peaceful week away with family. Great accommodation and facilities with only the sound of the surf to break the silence. The superb beach is only a short walk through the bush and there are good restaurants in the area if you want to spoil the family. Fun in the surf or relaxation followed by more relaxation.

I have stayed at two of the houses and could not recommend them highly enough. The houses are in a beautiful part of Rainbow Beach, close to a great restaurant and small golf-course; a short walk through the bush to the beach. It was so relaxing to wake to the sound of kookaburras. Both of the houses were well-resourced for a comfortable stay, and very clean.

Great place for family and friends. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfy. The best part was the solitude, we loved the feel of the place, like we were miles from anywhere but in reality we just strolled up the beach to town for lunch. The sands are clean and soft just like you see in the travel magazines. A short bush walk had us on the beach with our toes in the water in 2 minutes, we timed it. Great value as we went out of season so the rate was $1000 for the week and when you divide that by the 6 of us who went our holiday accommodation cost $167 each for the week. Bargain. Rainbow Beach is a sleepy little beach town but still plenty to do if you want adventure, we just wanted to chill out for the week and we did. I have added a couple of photos of the beach in front of the townhouse.
