Best company to go with for an experience on Fraser Island ! The car and all equipment are in very good conditions (unlike a lot of others companies in the area ...), prices are very interesting and competitive compared to other companies ! In other comments below, some people are complaining about the 80km/h limitation fixed by the company, but instructions are clear from the beginning and this speed is well enough to have a lot of fun on the beach ! This requirement also allows the company to keep cars in well conditions for all users.Everything was perfect for us, THANK YOU!If we had to go back, we would definitely use this company again !
Smooth Collection process. Friendly and very informative staff with little tips to avoid busy times at popular locations on Fraser Island. Vehicle was old, but well maintained considering the battering they take whilst on Fraser Island. Would recommend and use again if we ever decide to head over to the island again.
An incredible experience made so easy with Rainbow Beach 4x4! Really helpful, friendly staff who provided a suggested itinerary for Fraser Island! The camping equipment consisted of everything we needed and the Toyota was in good condition and fun to drive! Such a great trip, would definitely do it again!
Perfect is the right word to describe our experience with 4x4 Hire.When we picked up the vehicle, we got a detailed description and practical presentation of the vehicle and all instructions how to use the features of the vehicle to get free after being stuck in the sand. There were also regulations and security instructions, which helped us not to get into any trouble on the Island. The vehicle was technically in a very good condition and it worked absolutely reliable during our stay.Furthermore, the instructor helped us with the tour planning, which depends on the tides, so we could visit all the good spots on Fraser Island.A further positive thing was that the office for booking the ferry is located directly next to 4x4 Hire.Returning the vehicle back was also uncomplicated as well as fair and there were no issues in the financial processing.If you go on Fraser Island and if you want to do it independently with a rented 4x4 vehicle, I strongly recommend choosing 4x4 Hire as your perfect partner.CheersStefan
