Arranged a permanent rental after an apparent bond clean to find the unit filthy and unsanitary. Tried to remedy the situation but only to be laughed at behind my back and a slack time schedule for repairs. Beware it seems these guys play the "You have no other choice" card. It seems my eye of spotting unvacuumed floors, dirty bathrooms, unrepaired faults and corroding outdoor furniture unwelcome. Be careful when booking with these guys!
