Staff were friendly, coffee is just want I needed and cinnamon donut hit the spot. Great little place to call into.
Pies were fine, but 3 of us bought 'Steak, Bacon and Cheese' and got 'Beef, bacon and cheese'.. can't sell ground beef as steak..just saying.
Coffee good if you like it strong. Food good. Pricing reasonable.
Probably one of the best pies Ive ever had and exceptional customer service to. We will be back next time we are in Rainbow Beach.
On Saturday my partner and I stopped off at Rainbow Beach Pies and Cakes to pick up a pie each. I got the beef and mushroom pie which was horrible and barely even warm. I ate half and threw the rest out. My partner ate all of his lamb and rosemary pie despite it also being barely warm and not nice at all. He then began throwing up that night and for the next 12 hours. I am absolutely convinced it was food poisoning from the pie, as we ate everything else the same and were camping with the same 6 people for three days, none of whom were sick. The service also left a lot to be desired, the guy obviously didn't want to be there. This is the first review I have ever written and can honestly say I will never go back to this shop!!!
